Welcome to Technology Education at Blacksburg Middle School!

This is a nine-week course (6th Grade) or an eighteen-week course (7/8th Grade) designed to expose students to the world of Technology. The class will be taught in two different formats. Two or three units (depending on time) will be taught in the traditional format as a class. The remainder of the class will be spent in modules. In this learning environment, students are placed in small groups and are able to explore a variety of topics in a two-week unit. Please feel free to look around the room at the different modules.
