Restoring the Chesapeake

Seedling Survival- 2004


Young people living in the Potomac/Shenandoah watershed planted 16,000 hardwood seedlings in spring 2004 as a project to restore the Chesapeake Bay watershed.

Here are the results of their seedling survival survey one month after planting:
